LGJ-1D capping and vial hanging freeze dryer features quick freeze drying, and easy operation. The sample trays and freeze-drying vial can be used at the same time.
Prefreezing can be done by low temp. fridge or alcohol adding dry ice. Another way is by special rotary spiral freezer which can make sample rotation and meanwhile form a thin freezing shell, then it can be connected with the main body by rubber valve.
What we adopt is spiral freezing device. During prefreezing, the vial will be placed in the low temp. liquid and rotate. Then the sample will form a thin freezing layer on the vial wall. Once the sample freezes, it can be connected with the freeze dryer.
