SI-014 Vacuum Oven Oven
Outside mild steel painted in epoxy powder coated. The Vacuum Oven Chamber is robuststainless steel inside supplied with two stainless steel shelves. The chamberis heated by large area heaters strapped to its outer surface and insulatedwith super fine mineral wool. The chamber is closed by thick toughened glassplate sealing into a neoprene rubber gasket. The door closure is three to fourscrew threaded catch. This system provides excellent Vacuum Oven performance. Twodiaphragm valve and a Vacuum Oven gauge are provided. The valve which are intendedfor Vacuum Oven connection and the admission of either dry air or inert atmospherehave their nozzle conveniently located. The Oven can be operated at anypressure less than atmospheric. Oven temperature is controlled by a Digitaltemperature controller cum indicator. An indicator lamp shows the operation ofthe heater. Note : These Vacuum Oven Oven are supplied without Vacuum Oven pump. Digitalwith glass door temp. can be maintained from 50Deg. C. to 130Deg. C .
