Working principle of lab spray dryer :
After filtered and heated,air goes into air distributor in the top of dryer and hot air goes into drying chamber in the sprial state.Raw material becomes fog droplet through centrifugal atomizer with high speed.Fog droplet and hot air are in the cocurrent flow and then dried into final powder in short time.The final powder is out of from drying tower and cyclone separator and the waste air is out by fan.
