GLUE MAKING LINE

3. Automatic control for material feeding, reaction tank temperature, temperature change of reaction tank etc. whole glue making process. PID control for process section temperature control in order to guarantee control precision. The main control parts include temperature automatic control of reaction tank, formaldehyde measurement control & record, urea measurement and record, condense water measurement and record, glue pump, formaldehyde pump,pneumatic pump etc. The system adopts PLC to program procedure section. One procedure section controls one kinds of production technology process.
4. Glue making line also equips electric weight to fix quantity and record quantity. You put required material quantity in instrument of electric weight and instrument can be accumulated during feeding material process. When it reaches required quantity, instrument will send out signal to control pump and valve close. So that feed materials quantity can be precisely and automatically controlled and it improves glue quality..
