The heat pump hot air drying machine (dehydrator machine) working principle based on the thermal cycle principle of refrigeration circulating system. It takes out the moisture from raw material and exhaust these hot humidity moisture out of the drying chamber at the same time.
The compressor works for heating the air via evaporator released these heat source into the drying chamber
Our machine has second part waste heat recover system , the condenser inside absorb heat resource from these hot humidity air which is transfered to the compressor to be heated again ,That' s why our heat pump drying machine is save more energy than other type drying machine.
The heat pump hot air drying machine /(dehydrator machine) can adjust the drying temperature and RH through the LCD small computer to control .You can set two mode up with the drying machine, The first mode is keep on drying , the second is drying + dehumidify.The drying machine starting or stopping are depends on these two setting data.When the temperature is lower than your setting temperature , The compressor will start to produce hot air again,in contrary, it will stop .
