Product Description
I. Introduction:
This product of ours is made according to the state standards (JB20038-2004), generally called as “multifunctional extracting pot”, mainly for the extraction, of effective elements of the Chinese medicinal herbs, also suitable for food and chemical industries. It can be used in the conditions of ordinary or pressed pressure, the finished products may be in the fluid state or essence. If equipped with the facilties we make.
The evaporated fluid can be condensed and collected, dissolving medium and aromatic oil can be retieved. When necessary, it can be equipped with TQ Series Chinese Medicinal Herb Extracting Pot, extraction tank for herb medicine pump for pressure reducing concentration and distolation.
The extracting pot is composed of pot body, slag drainage door, elevatomg amtoarcjsuste, there is a piece of net made of stainless steel wire for a better separation of medicine slag and its effective elements.
The auxiliary equipment for the extracting pot include chiller, condenser, oil water separator (for extraction of aromatic oil) and pneumatic control box.
