Nowadays, the paper faced gypsum board production line is the professional equipment for producing the new decorated material. The principal working processes are as follows:
First, we take certain amount of hemi hydrate gypsum powder, water and other additives. Through the automatic measurement device and automatic conveying system, they will be conveyed into the mixer and changed into the gypsum slurry which will be scattered on continuous moving faced paper evenly.
Second, at the same time, with the continuous moving and vibrating, the slurry will gradually diffuse and even scattered, then the slurry will go into the forming machine and compound with the top and bottom faced paper.
Third, in the forming line, the wet solid paper faced gypsum board will be gradually formed after the process of 2017 Construction building Full automatic gypsum board production machinedition, natural coagulating, automatic cutting, and etc.the wet board will be arranged according to the programmed control system. With the help of the rollers, belt conveyer and overturn, they will quickly enter into the dryer.
Forth, the board will be strictly controlled in the separate temperature zone of the dryer, after blowing into different thermal hot air, and the moisture of the wet board will be evaporated. because of the reaction of the starch,, the board will be attached to the faced paper, and then the dry gypsum board will form and exit from the dryer.moreover, after passing though overturn and the folding device (the front side is inside) for the second time, the board will be cut into certain specification by saw.
Finally, the finished gypsum board will be conveyed to the automatic sealing device and the stacker. After the stacking, the board will be transported to the finished products warehouse by the forklift.

Main Systems Technical Introduction
1.Paper supply system
It equips with the following machine: the special pneumatic shaft and magnetic powder brake. It has the exact paper connection device and the high definition automatic alignment device. Moreover, the automatic marking device is very important to the edge trimming and shaping and insures the appearance of the gypsum board.
2.Gypsum powder supply system
It takes the special material feeder and exact belt measurement as the core for the powder supply system. Thus it provides the reliable guarantee for the normal supply of the gypsum powder.
3.Water supply system
It has the accurate screw measurement pump and visual liquid flowmeter device which have a great help for the operation.
4.Foaming system
It this system, it uses the high volume pressostat to supply the gas. The accurate screw measuring pump and advanced foaming station make the liquid uniformly enter into the mixer, thus it has a key effect on the weight of the products.
5. Forming system
The vertical mixer and the pneumatic forming device are made of the special wearable stainless steels which enhance the systems wearable ability and prolong the life span of the gypsum board production line.
6.Conveying system
This system adds the wasted board removal device which reduces the workers labor intensity and ensure the clearness of the workshop.
7.Drying system
The drying system is the core of the whole production line and it has the direct effect on the quality and the energy consumption of the products. In the dryer, there are many sinuous coils for heat releasing. Outside of the dryer, there is the heat exchanger and the dry hot air is blowed into each distributor to adjust the temperature of each layer and separate temperature zone freely, thus it guarantee the quality of the gypsum board.
8.Heating system
Most of this system uses the organic thermal carrier boiler(thermaloil boiler). In the gypsum board industry, the thermal oil boiler is a kind of normal pressure and high temperature heating equipment with the main fuel of coal, oil and gas. It takes the thermal oil as the carrier and is carried into the dryer by the induced draft fan, so that it can fully make use of the heat energy and reduce the cost of the products
9.Size fixing system
This system equipped with overturner, folding device and two layers board for size fixing. It adds the waste board takeaway device, and make a good foundation for the automatic sealing system.
10.Dust removal system
This system makes use of the pulse bag dust collector. This kind of dust collector improves the dust removal effect, and makes it reach to the environmental standard. In addition, it is convenient to deal with the dust and recycle. This system is good for the country efficiency.
11.Sealing system
This system adopts the most advanced automatic sealing machine. So it has the following advantages: saving a lot of labor and force; reducing the cost of the products and increasing the production efficiency.
12.Control system
All of the three aspects adopt the PLC control system, AC contactor and drive and it also uses the contactless equipments such as frequency converter photoelectric sensor etc to insure the reliable operation and realize the long term and continuous running of the full automatic gypsum board production line.
