It is widely applied in the industry of chemical,pharmaceutical,pesticides,foodstuff,fodder,agricultural and subsidiary products.Now there are three big categories,including normal pressure,enclosed style and PLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryer style;four models,including 1200,1500,2200 and 2500;three machine materials,A(carbon steel),B(stainless steel for contacting parts) and C(base on B with stainless steel for steam pipes,main shaft ans support and stainless linings for cylinder body and top cover).According to the drying area of 4-180m2,hundreds of models are provided in this series.Auxiliary devices are available to meet various requirements.
Wet materials are fed continuously to the top drying layer in the dryer.They will be turned and stirred constantly by hPLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryers when the hPLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryer’s arm rotates.The material flows through the surface of the drying plate along the exponential helical line.On the small drying plate the material will be moved to its exterior edge and drop down to the exterior edge of the large drying plate underneath,and then will be moved inward and drop down from its central hole to the small drying plate on the next layer.Both small and large drying plates are arranged alternately so as material can go through the whole dryer constantly.The heating medium could be saturated steam,hot water or thermal oil will be led into hollow drying plates from one end to the other end of the dryer.The dried product will drop from the last layer of the drying plate to the bottom layer of the smell body,and will be moved by hPLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryers to the discharge port.The moisture exhausts from material and will be removed from the moisture discharge port on the top cover,or pumped out by the PLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryer pump on the top cover for PLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryer type plate dryer.The dried product discharge from the bottom later can be packed directly.The drying capacity can be raised up if equipped with supplementary devices,such as finned heater,condenser for solvent recovery,bag dust filter,return and mix mechanism for dried materials and suction fan,etc.Solvent in those paste and heat sensitive materials can be easily recycled and thermal decomposition and reaction can be also carried out.

(1)Normal pressure type:As air flow keeps low speed inside the equipment and moisture density is much higher in upper part that lower part,dust is not able to float up.Therefore,no dust powder mixes with exhausted air discharge from the outlet at the top.
(2)Closed type:Equipment with solvent recovery device that can recycle organic solvent easily from moist-carrier gas in closed circulation for those subject to burning,explosion and oxidation,and poisonous materials in order for safe operation.Especially suitable for drying of flammable,explosive and poisonous material.
(3)PLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryer type:This model is particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive material since the drying process is under the PLG Copper carbonate continual plate dryer state.
