The difference between Hot Air Circulating Food Dryer and Microwave Food Drying Machine:
- Heating principle: Usually when using the hot air recycling drying machine, the outside of the material is heated, so the surface is dry, and the heat is deliveried in to the inside of the material, which is in an opposite way with how water disperses, affecting the moisture to evaporate from inside to outside. However, when using the microwave dryer, the material is heated from inside, where the moisture is higher, where the temperature rises faster, so obviously the drying speed is much more rapid than that of the hot air dryer.
- The food dried can be heated evenly, remain its original color and lose less nutrition.
- The drying and sterilizing process can be done synchronously by using the microwave dryers
