Product Description
The whole production equipment can be divided into three workshops : the pretreatment processing workshop , the solvent extraction processing workshop , and the oil refinery processing workshop.
And the refinery process can be divided into different important sections : including the deodorization process , the decoloring section , desolventizing section , dewaxing section , degumming section . Our engineers can also design the refinery process according to the requirements towards the final oil products .
1 the pretreatment process raw materials----cleaning process (cleaning sieve) --conditioner (adjust the moisture and the temperture) --extrusion process (or prepressing process according to the different raw materials ) --drying section ( plate dryer )
2 the solvent extraction process
the extrusion materials from pretreatment process --solvent extractor --condenser( solvent cooling for recycling usage) --solvent seperate ---crude oil ( go to refinery workshop ) -- cake ( go to cake warehouse, the cake can be used for animal feed )
3 the refinery process
crude rice bran oil ---degumming , washing and drying section --dewaxing section --decoloring section --deodorization section -acid stripping section--degreasing section--clean rice bran oil for cooking
