2. 5ZT Large Capcity Seed Cleaning Plant
5ZT seed cleaning plant is a complete automatic production line integrated with main machines like air screen seed cleaner, vibration screener, belt separator, gravity separator, indented cylinder, seed grader, de-awner / sheller / husker, destoner, seed treater / seed coating machine, seed dryer and DCS bag packing scale, and auxiliary equipment such as feeder, elevator, conveyor, temporary storage bin, dust collector and electric control system.

Features of beans cleaning plant: 1. Customized design according to seed processing requirement and factory building of client, with the most reasonable layout and process.
2. Electric of production line can be centralized control with light display flow chart, for easy and safe operation to different technological processes.
3. High efficient dust collectors ensure the dust concentration in the workshop and emissions meet the requirements.
4. Seeds and grains processed are all full and uniform with high cleanness and good quality, reducing the seeding quantity and getting fast germination, strong and uniform seedlings, and thriving crops after planting.
