About Our Company
there are three parts of the oil extraction mill, the pretreatment section, the solvent extraction section, and the refining section
the main section pictures of the pretreatment
1, Cleaning: there are some ways to get rid of the dust and small stones in the seeds, so we must through the cleaning to get high oil yield.
2, Breaking: breaking is named crushing, as for the soybean, peanut and some other seed
3, Flaking: flaking is used for the solvent extraction section, because the flaking can improve the oil yield; widen the seed surface area to make full use of the seed oil.
4, pre-pressing: the pre-pressing is to get the high quality oil. the cake is used to the solvent extraction.
