Process Description
Cooking oil / edible oil / vegetable oil / plant oil processing project generally include pretreatment and pressing plant, extraction plant, refining plant, small packaging plant, raw material reveiving & storage system, tank farm, finished oil area, pump room, laboratory and other auxiliary parts.
1. Raw Grain Receiving, Storage System
For soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil, rice bran oil, palm oil processing project, raw grain treatment system is the first important section. Seed will be received by grain unloading pits, after cleaning uo, the seed is transites into each silo for storage, pour warehouse and distributed operations, and finally by scraper conveyor into pretreatment plant.
2. Seed Oil Pre-treatment and Pressing Plant
Simple flow: Material---cleaning---shelling&peeling---crushing---softening---flaking---expansion---to extraction plant

3. Seed Oil Extraction Plant
Oil solvent extraction method is using organic solvent through soaking or spraying contact methods to dissolvent oil contained in oil the oilseed (pressed cake, flake, expansion material) by oil extractor, and then oil will be separated from the solvent by a serious of vaporator, condenser, stripping tower etc, the wet meal within less than 1% oil will be further processed by the desolventizer toaster/DTDC to remove the solvent and obtain the product extracted meal. the solvent oil extraction method have many advantages than the direct pressing method, such as after extracting, it will have low oil residual(extraction oil residual is
4. Seed oil Refining Plant
Seed oil refining equipment uses scientific processing configuration of continuous refining process including degumming, decolorization, deodorization, dewaxing and Machine for Castor Oil Extraction, Castor Oil Turnkey Project section, providing the highest efficiency edible oil production successfully.

5. Pump Room and Boiler Room
Pump room is the control center of entire tank farm, all acceptance and distribution of oil through it to be finished. Pump room is equipped with centrifugal pump and screw pump, for distribution of dock, tank car, and delivery of every workshop, purchased oil transfer to the tank, while periodically clean the tank or do pouring process.
6. Another Auxiliary Parts
Oil packaging part includes small packaging lines andmiddle packaging line. Its main equipments include filling machine, printer, cap lifter, labeling machine, full automatic capper, bottle distribution system, case unpacker, packing machines and etc.
There are meal packaging lines in meal house, all adopt sophisticated automatic control system and advanced technology, which will effectively reduce the project investment, management costs and labor intensity, so as to improve work efficiency.
In addition to normal laboratory instruments, lab test room comes with nearinfrared spectroscopy, gasiquid chromatography, and other highend test equipment.In order to improve the infrastructure construction, Kingdo designed drying tower in firstcleaning plant and rapeseed daily silo.
