What's is coaster oil?
Caster seed oil is an high quality edible oil used for cooking. It concludes linoleic, phospholipid, protein, phytosterol, carotene etc. It’s very good for our health.
What's the castor process line?
1.Cleaning, In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and production stability, high efficient vibration screen was used in the process to separate big and small impurity.
2.Husker, remove the shell of the seeds, which can abrade the machine, and reduce the oil percentage.
3.Crusher, the crushing is to ensure the high oil extraction rate.
4.Flaking, flake the seeds pieces into equal sizes and thickness, it cut down the oil road, then the oil is easy to flow out.
5.Cooking, in the cooking machine it can adjust the moisture and temputure to suitable for prepress equipment.
6.Prepressing, before being solvent extracted, it should be prepressed, to get some crude oil first, then solvent extract the cake.
7.Extracting, the castor cake which has an oil yield of 15% around. it shall be solvent extracted to get the oil thorough. During this passage, the solvent will also be recycled, and you can get more oil.
8.Refinery, the crude oil from prepressing and solvent extract plant with some impurity in it, there some gum, fatty acid, odor, bad color, and wax in the oil, the crude oil also can eat.but by using refining machine to get high quality oil, then you can sell it on high price.
9.Filling, you can fill the oil into different bottles by filling machine, then sell it on the supermarket.

Cleaning machine
