Adopting the dry process technique, FTA complete set maize milling machine can produce low fat corn grits,corm meal,corn flour with different at the same time. The whole line consists corn seeds cleaning, peeling, degerming, crushing, gentle milling, sifting and flour bagging.

The 20-200Ton/24H corn flour mill grinder used the advanced technology; it can produce the fine corn flour, corn grits (big, middle, and small), germ, bran etc.
The complete plant includes 3 sections:
Ⅰ.The cleaning section
We do this part just want to ensure:
a. the quality of corn flour.
b. the life of machines.
This section is separate the impurity like smaller stone, sand, grass seed, swarf from the raw corn .
The main machine: corn seeds elevator, High efficiency vibrating sieve, Gravity classification stoner, etc.
Ⅱ. The degerming section
This is the most important part of the whole plant. Because the working condition of this part will determine the quality of final grits and flour.
The main machine: emery roller dehuller, iron roller peeler with polisher, etc
Ⅲ. The crushing and milling section
The dehulled corn will go through hammer mill and single passage roller mill/ double roller mill for further processing. We will get grits with different sizes and flour at the certain outlets.
