Process flow for oil refining
Crude sunflower oil→degumming,dephosphorization →dewaxing →deacidification → drying →
bleaching → deodorization → refined cooking oil.

Add hot water and food grade phosphoric acid to mix with crude rice bran oil to finish degumming, mainly removing phospholipids,protein, grume and trace metal ions. Separate oil foots from oil with centrifuge, then dehydrate and dry oil. | |
| 2 | Alkali refining deacidification section |
|
Add caustic soda to neutralize free fatty acid to form sodium fatty acid, which will be separated from oil. | |
| 3 | Bleaching section |
|
Mix active bleaching clay with oil under Sunflower Oil Refining Machine condition for adsorption bleaching, and use leaf filter to remove waste bleaching clay. | |
| 4 | Deodorization section |
|
Under high temperature and high Sunflower Oil Refining Machine condition,utilize water vapour distillation to remove odor of oil. | |
| 5 | Dewaxing section |
|
Utilize winterization crystallization method to remove wax and fat,then through filtration separate wax and fat from oil. | |
