Crude cooking oil → degumming and deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined cooking oil.
Main Process of Vegetable oil refining production line:
1. Degumming and deacidification: The gum and acid in the oil will moved in this step. There are different ways to process it. The physical way is suitable for low acid oil and big capacity, while the chemical way is suitable for the small capacity and high acid oil.
2. Decolorization: The white clay is used to move the color of the oil. For different market, people like different color oil, so you can control the color by the quantity of the white clay.
3. Deodorization: The oil will have the special smell of the oilseeds. It also contains the smell of white clay, so we need more the smell which people don't like. The high temperature steam is used to move the smell of the oil.
Working process of Vegetable oil refining production line
(1)pump crude oil into refining tank and heat with conduction oil, and the temperature will reach about 70°C-80°C after one hour.Add acid or alkali to separate according to the acid value. After one hour's processing and 4-6hours deposit, then convey soap stock to storage tank.(2)Pump refined oil into decoloring tank. When it is up to 90-110°C after one hour's heating, add clay into tank for 20min's processing. Then separate clay and oil with filter.
(3)Put discolored oil into deodorization tank with Vegetable oil refining production line | small scale crude oil refined machine pump. Heat and process with steam for odor removal. After filtering, you will get final oil product.
