CLEARSEP AUTOMATIC MISCELLA FILTER:
For continuous filtration of MISCELLA in SOLVENT EXTRACTION PLANTS for removal of fine impurities from Miscella.
Will have rotating brushes, Welded Wedge Wire screen cylinder, flameproof drive, flameproof automatic drain valve (flameproof electrically operated drain valve also available).
Provided with an unique drain / purge valve having two open position, fully open position based on preset timer for discharging slurry back to extractor for a preset brief period or partly open position (open percentage configurable) during rest of the times. Filter operation and purge valve opening fully managed by PLC controller.
