Product Description
1. Pre-treatment and pre-press section of Full automatic sunflower oil production line:
1. Cleaning process : Use vibration cleaning sieve and magnetic selector to get better cleaning effect.And This step is mainly to clean the big impurities ,like the stone , big dust , iron etc .
2. Crushing Process: This Process is mainly to crush the peanut , as the peanut is big ,it is not easy to press .We must crush the peanut to 6-8 pieces . Then we need to peel . The rate of peel is about 90%
3. Flaking Process : After crush and peel ,we need to flake the crushed sunflower , which make the cell wall of sunflower broken . And we flake the sunflower to 0.55 mm thickness . Then it is useful for the oil extracting .
4. Cooking Process: After the flaker,we need to cook the flaked sunflower , control the moisture at 5-7% ,the temperature is 110-115degree .
5. Pre-pressing : After all the pretreatment , pre- press the sunflower , the oil can be extracted about 76% .
2.Solvent extraction section of Full automatic sunflower oil production line:
After pre-pressing process , the requirement of sunflower cake : moisture is about 8%, the residual oil :18-22% .
Use solvent organic solvent through soaking or spraying contact methods to extract oil from the cake. There is only
less 1% oil content in meal after oil extraction machine .

Decolorization of edible oil refinery machinery :using the active clay to absorb the pigment in oil, then separating the waste clay. You will get light yellow color oil.
Deodorization of edible oil refinery mahcinery :the crude oil smells not good, it will affect of oil storage and price. So we usually use the direct steam to take away odors. At the meanwhile, it can also remove water and FFA from oil.
winterization/fractionation of edible oil refinery mahcinery:Oil is consist of triacylglycerol with different melting point.under a specified temperature,there will has some solid part come out from oil,it will affect the appearance and price.winterization and fractionation is to remove or separate the solid part to get fully liquid edible oil.it is suitable for some kinds of vegetable oil,like rice bran oil,sunflower oil,corn germ oil,palm oil etc.
