General process procedure
Copper Hydrometallurgy process: Agitate tank leaching–Solvent extraction and strippingto produce qualified electrolyte–Electrowinning to Copper cathode(99.99%)
Complete hydrometallurgy processing line mainlyinclude Leaching tank, solvent extraction tank, electrowinning cell, agitation tank, pressure filter, oil water separator, all kinds of tank, all kinds of pumps, air compressor and so on. Leaching section:
Copper ore will be crushed and milled to smaller than 75μm, which is suitable for H2SO4 and lean electrolyte leaching in agitating tank to obtain Copper ion from the ore.Unionsum supplied high efficient leaching box adopt new type impeller, make the leaching agent contact fully with copper ore material, can arise largely the copper leaching rate.
Solvent extraction section:
Solvent extraction section mainly includes extracting, washing, stripping, extract tank includes mixer and settler, the agitator set in mixer make the extraction agent contact fully with leaching liquid, settler is used to separate loading copper organic phase from aqueous phase
Electrowinning section:
Electrowinning section main equipment includes electrolyte cell, cathode and anode, conductive bar and so on. When straight current electricity go through electro winning cell, the striping liquid react oxidation reaction on anode and reduction reaction on cathode, so the copper be enriched on cathode plate and produce electrolytic copper.Packing & Shipping
