We have two Series: 6YL Series and 6YL-A Series
6YL series is semi-automatic, while 6YL-A Series is automatic
You need a refinery for 6YL, usually there need no refinery when you choose 6YL-A.
Using the 6YL Series machine-------------We could get the crude oil.
Using the 6YL- Series machine------------We could get the cleaning and edible oil.

Both types are suitable for: sesame, peanut, rapeseeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, soybean, cotton seeds, tea tree seed, jatropha seed, corn grem, coconut, grape seeds, mustard, walnut, amond and other seeds.

2. How does oil making machine work
---Before pressing, some parts of the almond oil processing machine such as the press chamberm press screw and press ring will be pre-heated.

---Then putting the seeds into the extracting chamber from the hopper;
---The raw materials are driven forward by the screw bolt;
---As the diameter of screw bolt becomes larger and larger, the space gets smaller and smaller;
---So high pressure and temperature will created, seeds roll and rub together, the friction force is huge.
---Then the oil is squeezed out.
Using the 6YL Semi-automatic Series, the oil flowing from the oil pan,we could get crude oil.
Using the 6YL-A Fully-automatic Series, the oil flowing from the oil pan then into the Good quality Durable Stainless steel sunflower seeds/ black seed/cooking oil making machine oil filte, after filted, we could get cleaning and ediable oil.

4. Attention for our oil making machine
Remark one:
In order to get high quality oil, some steps should be attention as following:
1. Removing the shell and clean the seeds firstly.
2. Some seeds, such as soybean, peanut, walnut,coconut etc,they have to be crushed or grinded into small

sizes then pressing oil.
4. It's better to roast the seeds as well, the step is an important because it will decide the oil yield. (if cold pressing, this step is unnecessary)
5. Filter or refine the crude oil will be better
Remark Two:
If you want to get the rude oil , only oil pressing step is ok, if you want to remove the impurity from the oil,oil filter machinery is needed. Of course if you want to get the advanced and high quality oil ,the final oil refinery machine is needed. After this process, you will get refinery oil. At present, Four grade of edible oil is available,

The final cake application: to be used to make pellets as fuel or animal feeding by the pellet machine.
