Sunflower oil solvent extraction into three types :
1. Towline extractor : The amount of processing is≥ 7000T/D .
2. Ring extractor : The amount of processing is ≥3000T/D.
3.Rotocel extractor: The amount of processing is ≤1500T/D.
Sunflower oil solvent extraction machinery rotocel extractor working priciple of leaching:
1.Adopt stainless steel fixed grid plate and increase the horizontal grid plates, which can prevent the strong miscella
from flowing back to the blanking case, so as to ensure good extraction effect;
2.The rotocel extractor is driven by rack, with unique rotor of balanced design, low rotating speed, low power,
smooth operation, no noise and quite low maintenance cost;
3.The feeding system can adjust the rotating speed of airlock and main engine according to the feeding quantity
and maintain a certain material level, which is beneficial to the micro negative pressure inside the extractor and reduce the solvent leakage.
4. The advanced miscella circulation process is designed to reduce the fresh solvent inputs, reduce the residual oil
in meal, improve the miscella concentration and save energy by reducing the evaporation capacity.
5.The high material layer of the extractor helps to form immersion extraction, reduce the meal quality in miscella,
improve the quality of crude oil and reduce the evaporation system scaling.
6.Specially suitable for the extraction of various pre-pressed meals.

Peanut oil solvent extraction towline extraction machinery working principle of leaching :
1. After pretreatment of the oil into the leaching, solvent (n-hexane) will be sprayed on the surface of the oil in the oil, most of the oil will be solvent extraction.
The oil concentration of the first funnel is relatively high, generally 60%-65%. Oil is directly pumped.
2. Oil after the second funnel, solvent will again sprayed on oil, again leaching, oil concentration and mixed oil obtained by solvent content is lower, more and more high.
3. Oil is shipped out extractor.
After leaching will get two products :
1. Mixed oil (oil and solvent) : Mixed oil first enters the first evaporation equipment, steam enters from the equipment below, mixed oil and steam full contact. The first evaporation in 0.006-0.08Mpa negative condition. The oil temperature is 105-110 °C. Then enter the second evaporation, the same process.
2. The cake containing solvents : Solvent containing cake steamed into the offline, two layers of steaming offline is preparing to break free, full and cake contact, indirect heating of cake, then is Breathable layer -- desolventizing layer -- drying layer -- cooling layer

Solvent Condensation & Recovery Process
Solvent condensation system combines with evaporation system closely, and evaporative condenser and steam stripping condenser all work under negative pressure. Non-condensable gas enters the energy saver from the shell of the first evaporator. In energy saver, non-condensable gas exchanges heat with condensate from the evaporative condenser. Finally, the condensate temperature discharged from energy saver is increased, and the solvent separated from water goes to solvent holding tank. The high temperature makes it unnecessary to be reheated for the recycling, so as to save energy.
Paraffin oil recovery:
Paraffin Oil Recovery Process: tail gas first enters paraffin absorption tower, and then comes the counter-current absorption of paraffin and tail gas, which can reach the ideal state when the stainless steel packing has large surface area. The solvent content in discharged liquid paraffin (called rich oil) is not more than 5%, so as to ensure the maximum absorption rate.
