1.Pretreatment workshop of automatic soyabean oil extraction production line

a. Main parts:

Soybean pretreatment equipments which is pretreating the raw materials, it includes magnetic drum, cleaning sieve, stoner grist , crusher machine, bating machine , flaking roll , and plate type drier .

b. Advantages:

1. Separating equipments can remove the impurities and stones. This part can improve the quality of oil and protect the other machines.
2. Bate is used in soybean oil making. The rolling of the bate will make the soybean uniformly.
3. Flaking roll is used to make raw materials to cake. This process can increase the oil yield rate. Our flaking roll is easy to operate and saves power.

2.Solvent extraction workshop of automatic soyabean oil extraction production line

a. Function:

Leaching system is an oil extraction through soaking or spraying pre-pressed cake by a certain organic solvent. The principle of this part is the different solubility of solvent.

b. Main parts:

a. Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor

b. Roary extractor: Spray and soak the pre-pressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be diss-olved in solvent(form miscella). After processing, you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).

c. DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.

d. Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st , then add saline water to it. The phospholipid in the miscella will react with the saline water, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.

e. Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.

f. Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And the solvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.

g. Condensers: used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
