1. Craft flow for pretreatment of soya oil mill .

Soybean→Magnitic cleaning→cleaning →crushing→softening → flaking roll →drying

Main Equipments:

1. Soybean: It’s one of main oil seeds from human. It’s used to make soybean oil in most countries. The oil content in soybean is about 20%.

2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the soybean, The iron impurity will be

harmful to the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.

3.Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities.After going through this part,most of the impurities are moved from soybean.

4.Crushing, the soybean size is too big, it is not easy to process for the whole, so we usually need to crush it to several parts.

5.Softening: soybean is too hard, and it is high protecin, if we didn't soft it before, during the flaking process, there will be much powder, it is not easy to form the flakes.

6.Flaking: It is the process of making use of the mechanical action to flake the sunflower into flakiness. After flaking, the materials is becoming thiner thank before, it is good for absorb moisture and heat in cooking process , and it is much easier for getting sunflower oil in the oil press process.

6.Drying: in most time, the soybean water content is about 12-15%, it is too high for solvent extraction, so we will need to dry the moisture to 7%-9%.

2. Soya bean oil extraction machine .

A: Press: The press machine is used to process small capacity soybean , such as 5-15tons per day.

After pressing,we can get crude soybean oil,and the oil residual in the cake is about 5-6%. It is

suitable for processing small capacity oil seeds.

B. Solvent extraction machine: It is utilizing for extracting the maximum oil out from the soybean. The final oil residue is less than 1%. It is usually suitable for processing large capacity oil seeds.

3. Craft flow for refinery of soya oil mill .

Crude sunflower oil → degumming and deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined soybean oil

Main Process: 1. Degumming and deacidification: The gumming is moved by phosphoric acid and hot water. There are two ways to move the acid in the soybean oil.

2. Decolorization: This step is used to adjust the color of the oil. You can control the color of the soybean oil according to the requirement of your market.

3. Deodorization: The function of this step is to move the special smell in the oil.This is an

important standard for refined soybean oil.
