Now, Palm oil is the most important oil in the world .Our company mainly do palm oil production line for processing FFB ( fresh palm bunch ) ,and get crude palm oil (Red palm oil ) , then using palm oil refinery plant to process crude palm oil ,get refined palm oil (RBD ) palm oil ,Finally ,using palm oil fractionation plant to process palm oil ,get palm olein and palm stearin

1.The FFB Palm oil mill/extracting /pressing plant :

Raw material : FFB (fresh palm fruit bunch ) or palm fruit .

The main process :
Raw material reception section --Sterilization station--Threshing section --Dighesting&pressing station --Oil clarification station--Kernel recovery station

1) Raw material reception section : Collecting the ripe fresh palm fruit bunches from plantation and transported by trucks , then pour FFB intor the discharge door after weighed by weighbridge

2) Sterilization station : Sterilization is process that injecting 0.3MPa direct steam into sterilizaer to boil the palm fruit for about 60minutes, the purpuse is to break the enzymes in fruit, and to avoid the increasing of the FFA content in oil . Meanwhile , high temperature makes fruits soften , it is easy for fruit threshing ,palm nut cracking ,reducing the deamge of kernel

3) Oil palm fruit accounts for about 60% of the whole FFB , the purpose of threshing is to separate the palm fruit from the FFB, the thresher sdopts drum type thresher .

4)Digesting&pressing : Digesting is for crushing palm fruit ,use high temperature to soften the fruit and kill the bacteria . Pressing machine use hydraulic control system to adjust spaces between screws , it is suitable for various palm fruit species and guarantee the oil yield .

5) Oil clarification station : Use crude oil vibrating screen ,plate filter to remove impurities in the palm oil ,. after clarification ,the industrial sewage will be sent to effSupply complete palm oil proudction line from FFB palm oil pressing plant to palm oil refinery plantt pond , then the residue sludge can be used as fertilizer .

6) Kernel recovery station : The pressed cake (fiber&nut) is transported to the fiber separation system for fiber&nut separating ,the separated nut is sent to nut silo for temporary storage .

The palm kernel nut is crushed by ripple mill ,then get the mixture of palm kernel and shell .

2.Palm oil refinery plant :

Raw material : Crude palm oil (Red palm oil )

According to chemical batch oil refinery plant or physical continuous oil refinery plant method ,To refine crude palm oil (red palm oil ) ,removing theharmful impurities and needless substance in the crude palm oil .such as gum, FFA , pigment , odor ,aims at improving oil storage stability ,flavor ,and color ,Then gwt standard qualtiy RBD palm oil .

The main process : Crude palm oil --degumming--deacidification/neutralization--decolorization--deodorization--RBD palm oil

1. Degumming :This is the most important section of hydrate de-gumming, manage the adding water (there is a little P-acid in the water) amount, temperature and add water speed.

2.Deacidification:this part adopt alkali refining method, that is use alkalis like (NaOH) to neutral the free fatty acid in oil, during this process it will produce soapstock , then separated from the oil by setting several hours.

3.Decolorization :In normal situation , there is pigment in the crude oil , we need to using the active clay to absorb the pigment away , after 20 mins , we use the vibrating filter to filter the waste clay away . If you want to get light color oil , you need to add more active clay . That is mean , the customer can accord to his requirement to control the oil color. 4.Deodorization and Dehydration:Usually, there are some odors in the crude oil , it affects the quality of the edible oil . General speaking there is about 0.5% water in the alkali refined oil, in the deodorization parts, the temperature is very high , it also can finish the dehydration section.

3.Palm oil fractionation plant :

Raw material : RBD palm oil

Oil is consist of triacylglycerol with different melting point.under a temperature,separate the olein and stearin by their different melting point and melting percentage.this is oil fractionation

Flow : RBD palm/palm kernel oil ---Cooling--Crystallization---Filtering --Olein&stearin

RBD (Palm)Olein is used for edible oil,frying oil
RBD (Palm) Stearin is used for shortening oil,pastry,butter,soap and chemical product
