1. Application
The H.H-1 small special palm oil press made by our factory is suitable for small farm about 3-15 hectares, or self-employed businessmen who process the incoming materials
This machine is suitable for small farmers to get the primary oil mixed with palm cores, water and marcs.
After separation by other machines, the primary oil, palm core can be separted.
It's very popular in Africa and South America.
Palm fruits:
Before put the palm fruit into the hopper, the fruits must be boiled by hot water or
steam with tempeture 100°C by at least 2 hours.
Process flow/ Operation Method
>>The raw material of red oil is getting from unbroken palm fruit (Weight is 10-20kg).
>>After thermophilicdigestion,palm berry fruits are separated from the unbroken fruit.
>>After heating ,put the palm berry fruit into H.H-1 palm dedicated oil press,The product is crude plam oil, by-product is fibers and kernel.
>>The kernel can be pressed into oil by screw oil press after breaking.
