The process of FFB (palm fruit bunch ) oil milling plant :

FFB(fresh palm fruit bunches)---Reception--- Sterilizing ---Threshing ---Crushing---Pressing---Filtration---CPO(crude palm oil)

1) Reception:collecting the ripe FFB and ready for processing
2) Sterilizing: Use steam or hot water to cooking the FFB,to prevent enzymes broken down and avoiding FFA content of oil goes too high.Also can soften the fruit and easy for threshing in next step.
3) Threshing: good structure to remove the palm fruit from FFB.The individual palm fruit can go to pressing station,and empty bunches can be used as fule.
4) Crushing(digester):crush the palm fruit first,to help more oil get out in pressing station.
5) Pressing: Use our special design palm oil presser machine to get oil out from palm fruit.
6) Filtration(clarification): Use vibrate screen,clarification tank and plate filter to remove impurities from palm oil and get clean crude palm oil
