Sunflower Oil Production Pretreatment Part
Technology characteristics:
(1) Adopts currently advanced process in the world, and domestic mature equipments;
(2) Cleaning process: In order to obtain high effective cleaning, ensure good work condition and
production stability, high efficient vibration screen used in the process to separate big & small impurity. Suction type gravity stoner removing machine was applied to remove the shoulder stone and earth, and magnetic paration equipment without power and exhaust system were used to remove iron. Dust removing wind net is installed;
(3) Cracking process: In order to ensure good softening and embryo rolling effect, sunflower seed is generally broken up uniformly to 4-6 flakes, so water distribute uniformly during softening, and billet is thin & burliness;
(4) Softening process: During sunflower seed softening, the made billet is not only thin, uniform & toughness in favor of extraction, but also can make crude oil contain little no-hydration extracting, which is convenient for de-lecithin and physical refining of salad oil;
(5) Embryo-rolling process: embryo-rolling means a certainty granularity of sunflower seed lamella was prepared for flakes of about 0.3 mm, the oil of raw material can be extracted in shortest time and maximum, and residual oil was less than 1%;
(6) Drying process: Moisture content of soy flake from embryo-rolling mill is usually 12%, the optimal moisture content is about 9%, so the billet must be get to the best extract water content by effective drying method;
(7) The whole workshop layout reasonable, materials technology route simple and direct;

2.2 The characteristics of the main equipment:
TQSF series Specific gravity destoner: The material can be classified as two parts which are heavy and light, and the stone can be removed continuously from sunflower seed at the same time. This equipment is composed of two layers sieves. The upper layer can be used to separate light & heavy materials, the under layer sift separate the glass, stone, metal and others in the heavy material from the main stream;
Gear crusher: YPSG series gear crusher make evenly crushing soybean granularity, no oil leaking out, no lump forms, have a good crushing effect;
Hydrulic Pressure Flake Roller: In order to prepare high quality billet, the most important thing is to choose the optmal machine. About this design, adopt the most advanced in domestic running mature YYPY series embryo roller, big output with single machine, hydraulic pressure tight roll ensure the pressure and distance among rolls, and get rolled billet with high quality.
Softening conditioner: through plus water(warm) heating(steaming embryo), to make sunflower seed soften. Due to function of seed water content and temperature, so as to intensify oil plasticity, reduce powder degree, improve oil output rate, so as to meet flake- rolling technology requirments.

reliability, energy saving, economy, low failure rate, easy to maintain, long life. The detail is
listed as following:
Rotecel Extractor: It adopts frequency control of motor speed; according to product situation can prompte adjust the rotate speed of the leacher and processing output, gear rack drive, to make equipment running stable, safety and reliable, adopt stainless fixed plate grid, thus the extractor has large surplus capacity, it is helpful to expand capacity in the future. At the same time, high material level improves extraction efficiency. Add horizontal plate grids to prevent the dense mix oil bake-flow into the meal-dropping
cell; Circulation solvent pumps adopt drive pump of large flux, low head, good sealed, no noise, stable running.
DTDC evapo-separated machine: general structure has the following advantages:
a. Adopt suitable jet steam, lower the temperature of exit vapor, saving energy to a great extent;
b. Under enclosed condition, high effectively de-solvent to meal materials, and adopt suitable direct steam evenly distribution method, it can make the solvent residue of meals and cake to get the least amount compared to traditional de-solvent equipment;
c. In each part of the equipment, material particles keep the same staying time, so the product quality is unified;
d. Vapor temperature can be automatic controlled by adjusting the flow rate of direct steam;
Stripping tower :It is a new pattern stripping tower that has big capability to desolvent, and
can avoid the case of solvent residue of crude oil fluctuating due to the instability of vapor; Thus, volatile in crude oil is largely reduced. The equipment can help to ensure the safety
of crude oil refining. Trays are connected with flanges, easy for maintenance and cleaning.
