What is biomass pellet ?
Biomass pellet machine can make the waste such as sawdust, straw, rice husk and wood barks into

How To Make Biomass Pellets?
EN plus A1 grade wood pellet production line supply complete project for biomass pellet production line. The main machine of biomass production line is: Pellet machine, Debarker, Wood chipper, Hammer mill, Drum dryer, Packing machine, Belt conveyors and Electrical control system etc.
For a complete wood pellet production line:
1.Debarking Process
EN plus A1 grade wood pellet production line Debarker is applicable to peel log wood with diameter 10 to 600mm. The peeled rate is more than 95 percent.
2.Chipping Process
Since the raw materials are wood logs, branches, board etc, we have to use wood chipper to produce it into smaller pieces.
3.Grinding Process
Our hammer mill is used to further crush the small pieces into particles of less than 1-3mm.
4.Drying Process
We have to use drum dryer to dry the sawdust. The sawdust moisture before drying is normally: 30-60%, after drying is normally:13-15%
5.Pelleting Process
We use pellet machine to make pellets into 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc, which can be produced based on client’s request.
6.Cooling Process
After pellet mill, the temperature of pellets is between 60-80 degrees. For storage purpose, a cooler must be used to reduce their surface temperature and moisture content.
7.Packing Process
Packing process is to protect of the pellets becoming getting damp, and it is useful for transport and market sales.
For a complete wet sawdust pellet line:
1. Drying section
Drum dryer: Internal heat exchange rate more than 90%. We adopt high efficiency automatic control feeding system.
2. Pelleting section
Pellet mill: We use pellet machine to make pellets into 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm etc, which depend on client’s request.
3.Cooling section
Cooler: Cooled pellet moisture is around 7-8% and particle density is 700-750 kg/ m3.
4.Packing section
Packing machine: Be customized with different package amount: 20-50kg per bag, and tone bag etc.
For sawdust pelleting and silo storage line:
1. Cleaning process:It is the 1st process in EN plus A1 grade wood pellet production line sawdust pellet line, we use our screener to clean the raw material if there is impurity.
2.Heating Process: It is the 2nd process in EN plus A1 grade wood pellet production line sawdust pellet line, our boiler be used to provide
heating system.

drying system. Sawdust after drying is around 13% -15% moisture.

1.Pelleting Process

2.Cooling Process
Using advanced counter-current cooling principle, the temperature after cooling will not be over 5℃ of the room temperature, the precipitation rate of 1% -3%, which extends storage time of high-quality pellets.
