FAQ1. How long will it take to produce an order?
It will take 30-90 days which depends on the quantity of the order.
2. What is your minimum order?
MOQ for each size is 5 tons, but if the total quantity is large, the MOQ can be less.
3. What form of quotation do you offer?
FOB Shanghai,Tianjin/(China), CIF and CNF Your destination, FCA mill location, EXW etc.
4. What is your payment term?
30% down payment, 70% before shipment or against B/L. 100% L/C at sight or 100% L/C at 30 days. We accept US Dollar, Euro, GBP etc.
5. Does the sample for free or not?
The samples are not free, you need to pay freight cost.
6. How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
All of our procedures are strictly operated under the ISO 9001, and all the pipes we strictly follow the standard to produce. Also we have our own test centers, every tubes/pipes will be tested before shipmemt.
7. How do you to package the product?
We usually pack pipes in bundles not bigger than 6 inches, over 6 inches all the pipes no packages.
