Pretreatment of sunflower oil production plant

Procedure:
1.Cleaning: remove the impurities in the raw material,includes stones,and magnetic matters.
2.Deshelling: remove the shell of the seeds, which can abrade the machine, and reduce the oil percentage.
3.Crushing: crush the seeds into pieces, make it more equal, which can make it easy to get oil out.
4.Flaking: flake the seeds pieces into equal sizes and thickness, which can make it much easier to let the oil come out.
5.Cooking: raise the oil percentage,make it easier for oil coming out.
6.Pressing: the main machine to get oil come out from the raw material, by mechanical way.
7.Filtering: with blade filter, it can filter the impurities in the oil better.
8.Refining: it is better to remove the gum, fatty acid, odor, bad color, and wax out from the crude oil.
Solvent extract line of sunflower oil production plant
Procedure:
1.Prepressing: in this step, it contains all the pretreatment steps, includes cleaning, deshelling or not depends on customers’ requirement,crushing, flaking, cooking, prepressing, filtering.
2.Solvent extraction: there are two products from the prepressing, one is crude oil which will go to the refinery plant, the other is the sunflower cake which has an oil yield of 20% around. The cake shall be solvent extracted to extract the oil thorough. During this passage, the solvent will also be recycled.
3.Refining: the crude oil from prepressing and solvent extract plant can not be eaten directly, there some gum, fatty acid, odor, bad color, and wax in the oil, these matters shall be removed before we store and consume the oil.
