Part I Pretreatment and Prepressing for Corn Germ Extraction Machine
Cleaning section, crushing section, flaking section, softening section, oil pressing section
1. Raw material : peanut,soybean,rapeseed,sesame seed,sunflowerseeds,linseed, pumpkin seeds, cottonseed etc.
2. Magnetic box: Clearing the iron impurity which might be in the seed.The iron impurity will be harmfulto the following machines, so we need take the iron impurities out.
3. Cleaning: This parts have different size cleaning sieves to clean the different impurities. After
going through this part, most of the impurities are moved from seed .
4. Husking:this can help improve the oil yield from seed,and reduce wear to the machine .
5. Flaking: making use of the mechanical action to flake the seed into flakiness.
After flaking, the materials is becoming thiner thank,it is good for absorb moisture and heat in cooking process and it is much easier for getting seed oil in machines for corn oil extracting machine process.
6. Cooker: This machine can adjust the water content of the seed. It’s also good for oil press and oil extraction section

Part II Oil Solvent Extraction for Corn Germ Extraction Machine

1,solvent consumption: 2.5kg per ton raw material;
2,steam consumption: 250-300kg per ton raw material;
3,Electricity consumption : 12-19 KW.h per ton raw material;
4,water consumption: 0.2m3 per ton raw material ;
5,residual oil of meal : less than 0.5-1.5%;
6,residual solvent of meal: less than 500ppm (passing detonation test)

Part III Oil Refining for Corn Germ Extraction Machine
Crude oil → degumming and deacidification→ decolorization →deodorization → refined oil.
Main Process for Refining
1. Degumming and deacidification: The gumming is moved by phosphoric acid and hot water.
2. Decolorization: This step is used to adjust the color of the oil.
3. Deodorization: The function of this step is to move the special smell in the oil. This is an important standard for refined oil.
Quality requirements of crude oil:
1. Moisture and volatile matter of crude oil:≤0.25%
2. Impurity content of crude oil:≤0.2%
3. Acid value of crude oil(mgKOH/g):≤7
