Mini oil mill plant is a good choice of manufacturing cooking oil.
Continuous screw pressing can deal with almost all kinds of oilseeds and nuts. According to the different characteristics of different raw materials, we could design specifically for each customer.

The rapeseed/canola, peanut kernel, soybean, olive, walnut kernel, maize germ, rice bran, tea-seed, sallow thron seed, china berry seed, Rubber seed, china pepper seed, tomato seed,watermelon seed, grape seed, flax seed, Oenothera seed, pepper seed, castor seed, orange seed, cocoa bean, coffee bean, perilla, almond kernel, peach seed kernel, etc.
Pressing Technology:
It include two type of pressing technology, The Heat and Cold Pressing Technology.
Heat Pressing:
Cook the oil seeds before pressing in order to be extracted more oil

Cold pressing :

The main machines
Includes to the husking, cleaning, crushing, and softy & Roasting, pressing or extrusion and crude oil filter,etc.
The equipment is optimizedly composed of the sifter/screener, crusher, flaker,extruder,steamer,oil press,oil filter,boiler,related conveyor, and electrical control cabinet.

The advantage of complete mini oil mill plant:

5 The semi- continuous can avoid the unstable material feeding caused by manual and make the worker safety more under the higher temperature working situation.
Main Features
1.It has higher throughput, so the workshop area, power consumption, operation, management and maintenance can be reduced accordingly.
2.The pressed cake is loose, but it is not easy to ground, which is great for solvent permeation.
3.Both the oil and the moisture contents in the pressed cake are suitable for feedstock
4.The quality of pressed oil is better than that of oil processed by single pressing or single extraction.
