1.Hydration degumming
Hydration degumming is based on using the hydrophilia of phospholipid and other peptizing impurities to put certain amount of water or electrolyte dilute solution into crude oil under the action of mixing, so as to let the peptizing impurities of crude oil be water absorption and dilate, cohesion, separate and remove.
2.Alkali refining and deacidification
Alkali refining is using sodium hydroxide to neutralize free fatty acid of oils and fats, the generated soap can absorb other impurities so as to remove them from oil. The alkali refining educt are saponin.
3.Water scrubbing and drying
Water scrubbing and dewatering. ---Our machine has been tested OK and fully assembled before shipping, customer just needs to make
2~4 hours wear-in and then can work.
*What's wear-in for new machine?
--- use 10 KG oil cake, put in oil press little by little, not too fast to avoid machine beening blocked, wear in 3~4hours.
1st hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 3mm.
2nd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2.5mm ,3rd hour, adjust oil cake thickness as 2mm.
*What are cold press and hot press?
---Cold press is pressing dry and raw seeds. Usually need to press 2 times to get maximum oil.
---Hot press is pressing roasted seeds.
