This set of equipment adopts new modern technolgy similar to Italy brand to get virgin olive oil and suitable for olives handling capacity from 500kg/h to 10t/h . The main process includes washing,crushing,solid-liquid separation by 2-phase decanter and oil-water separation by disc separator.For capacity below 500kg/h,we usually adopts crushing+hydraulic oil press+tubular centrifuge method.

Oil yiled for 1 ton olives usually is about 17% by the cold extraction type.that is to say you can get about 170l olive oil from processing 1ton olives.

Then for olive pomace,you can use them to make animal feed after drying or pomace oil by solvent extraction.

A: For single equipment,we provide you with 1 year quality warranty for all the parts of our equipment by repairing or replacing the parts for free,damage caused by human excepted. For whole project,our engineer will stay in your site for equipment installation, debugging and training till you get standard products from the equipment. If necessary,we will also help you find an engineer to work for you for 1 or 2 year for your plant management.

6. How can you ensure the equipment quality before shipment?

A: Usually we will take pictures of the equipment during construction,after finishing and lastly after packing;You can also advise any considerable methods for example third-party inspection;your partner in china inspection or your insecption to our factory. We can consider that. Anther side,we can bear all the cost during your inspection in our factory if you come.No problem.

7. How can we learn to operate the equipment after get it?

A: When deliver the equipment,we will send the oepration manual together. Anotherh side,we will also send the electric copy of oepration manual. all the documents written by english.

8. What is your payment term?

A: Usually by 40% TT in advance and 60% should be paid before the shipment. Besides,LC at sight/tradeassurance are also considered preferentially.

9. We have no experience to import goods from china? what can we do?

A: If you have no experience for importing. you can find an agent in your place or we can give you payment term by DDU or DDP,the payment term means you can get the equipment directly in your factory and we will be responsible for all the issues before arriving your factory.
