Fresh palm fruit oil pressing machine
Introduction
HH-1 type of palm oil press (see Figures) is the most affordable of 3-15 hectares of small scale palm garden palm oil extraction machinery.
Palm oil production process:
Palm oil is divided into marked oil and white oil ,marked oil is mainly for edible oil from the flesh of the palm nut
external squeeze,the white oil extract from within the stone nuts are mainly used for industrial oils.
Marked oil raw materials off the palm trees, fresh palm fruit head (see Figure 1), each weighing 10-20 kg per fruit head after a high-temperature cooking, threshing under the palm fruit (see Figure 2-3 below).Palm fruit heated and poured into the company to provide HH-1 palm oil press can produce a moisture content of marked oil containing residue, after separation to the palm of
marked oil.
