Theory of soybean machine
The use of walnut,mustard,protable,peppermint,blackseed oil extraction machine to dissolve the oil, through the wetting penetration, molecular diffusion and convective diffusion of the role of the embryo in the oil extracted from the method.
The leaching process of French oil generally includes pretreatment, oil leaching, wet meal desolvation, mixed oil evaporation and stripping, solvent recovery and other processes.

The process of soybean machine
The process of soybean machine :
The oil extraction machine contains wet meal that from the extractor are sent to the DTDC desolventizer’s pre-desolventizing layer by scraper through air locker, the bottom is heated by indirect steam to remove part of solvent; then the pre-desolventized wet meal get into the desolventizing layer, there are automatic control on the desolventizing layer to keep certain thickness of materials, then the bottom gets into the direct steam to remove all the solvent, at same time some steam condense in the meal, the moisture content of meal will sectional rise.
The desolventized meal falls onto the drying layer quantitative through rotary valve, the drying layer keeps certain materials level, then process the drying procedure, after drying get into the cooling layer to lower down the temperature, finally discharge the finished meal through automatic flow controlling gate, then though the scraper to transport the meal to warehouse.
Main parts of soybean machine
The main parts of soybean machine :
(1) Solvent pumps: continuously spray solvent to the rotary-type extractor.
(2).Rotary extractor: Spray and soak the prepressed cake with solvent so that oil fats can be dissolved in solvent(form miscella). After processing,you can get wet meal and miscella (mixed oil).
(3). DTDC: usd to separate the solvent from the wet meal.
(4). Miscella tank 1st: pump the miscella (oil with solvent) in to the miscella 1st,and then add 10% saline water to it. The phospholipid and impurities in the miscella will react with the saline wter, at last the reactant precipitate, reaching the goal of purifying.(5). Miscella tank 2nd: the purified miscella will be pumped into it.
(6). Miscella stripping: it will remove the remaining solvent in miscella. And thesolvent will be discharged to condenser for recycling.
(7). condensers:used to cooling the solvent gas separated from the wet meal and miscella for recycling.
