1.Solvent extraction system:this part of solvent extraction plant mainly uses n-hexane to react with processed oil seeds or cake to extract more crude oil.

2.D.T.D.C system:this part of solvent extraction plant includes desolventizer,toaster,dryer and cooler.By adding direct steam into the desolventizer-toaster,we can separate the wet meal and solvents,then,by drying and cooling of the meal,we can send the meal for storage.

3.Condenser system:when the solvent is separated from meal and oil,it will be solvent gas,which is not easy to connect and may cause safety accident,so we need to condense it and change it into liquid state.

4.Recovery system:this is the final part of solvent extraction plant,because extracting one ton oil needs about 4kg solvents,we can recover and recycle the solvents out of economy and environment protection.
