Part II. The working process of vegetable oil extraction machines
There are two methods to get vegetable oil ： one is by pressing，the other is pre-pressing and solvent extraction

Solvent extraction refers to the process of extracting oil from oil bearing materials by means of solvent. Solvent always use a petroleum by-product, usually Hexane. Solvent extraction plant, however, is one of the most important oil plants in the entire oil seed processing.

Part IV , The working process of vegetable oil refinery machines
Edible oil refining includes a series processing procedures as degumming, neutralization, bleaching, deodorization and winterisation. In general there are two methods of vegetable/edible oil processing, one is physical refining and the other is chemical refining. However, no matter what kinds of reining methods, they are all done with the help of various oil processing equipment and machinery, and are used to refine almost all kinds of oil extracted from oil seeds like sunflower seeds, peanuts , sesame seeds, and soya bean seeds etc.

Packing & Delivery
We will pack by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside.
The wood packing is necessary if send by less than a container.
The machine will fixed by steel rope in the container. Make sure it is in good condition when arrived destination.
