The main raw material is corn grits which is mixed with water evenly by the flour mixer, squeezed and twisted by the extruder to form the irregular curls shape, and then cut into different length, at last fried or baked and flavored. Equipment Configurations
Frying Type:
- Flour Mixer: Stir mixed raw materials evenly with a certain amount of water. Choose different GY flour mixer model according to different output requirements.
- Spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
- Extruder: Choose GY77 extruder to extrusion and kneading, which is special designed for Cheetos production
- Air Conveyor: Convey semi-finished products into fryer.
- Rotary Screen: Rotary screening to separate the products from residue and prevent adhesion.
- Vibrating Screen: Vibrating screening the semi-products to prevent adhesion.
- Frying Machine: Choose GY different automatic fryer model or continuous fryer model according to different producing requirements to frying Cheetos to be crispy and a better taste.
- Vibrating Distributor: Separate the products to prevent adhesion and distribute the products evenly into next equipment.
- Flavoring Line: Select square flavoring machine, single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line, based on output and product properties. Single-roller and dual-roller flavoring line combine the functions

- Flavoring Line: Select square flavoring machine, single-roller flavoring line or dual-roller flavoring line, based on output and product properties. Single-roller and dual-roller flavoring line combine the functions of flavoring with seasoning and oil injection together.
