Equipment Configurations

  1. Flour Mixer: Stir mixed raw materials evenly with a certain amount of water. Choose different GY flour mixer model according to different output requirements.
  2. Spiral Conveyor: Convey stirred raw materials into feeding hopper of extruder.
  3. Extruder: Choose GY77 extruder to extrusion and kneading, which is special designed for Cheetos production
  4. Air Conveyor: Convey semi-finished products into fryer.
  5. Rotary Screen: Rotary screening to separate the products from residue and prevent adhesion.
  6. Vibrating Screen: Vibrating screening the semi-products to prevent adhesion.
  7. Frying Machine: Choose GY different automatic fryer model or continuous fryer model according to different producing requirements to frying Cheetos to be crispy and a better taste.
  8. Vibrating Distributor: Separate the products to prevent adhesion and distribute the products evenly into next equipment.
