Product Description
1. Corn flake is one kind of crisp foods, it has the advantages of good rehydration performance, silky mouth feel and aroma taste. Corn flake adopts corn powder as raw material; sugar, vitamins, mineral as additive. Make flake by adequately extruding, cooking, shaping and drying. The finished production is nourishing, which can replace traditional breakfast cereal food perfectly. Based on our powerful design and manufacture capacity, we can custom-made extruder as per customers’ requirements.

2. The model is TSE65, the output is 100-140kg/h.
3. Extruder screws quantity is two. The screws can be integral screws or combined screws (option).
4. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned. Die moulds and barrels material is 45# steel (GB/T699-1999).
5. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.

6. The processing line needs two workers to operate.
7. We advice the plant area is no less than 200 square meters, the length is no less than 30 meters.

10. The temperature and rotating speed can be controlled and adjusted.
11. The processing line has self-cleaning function.
