1.Breif introduction of extruded puffed snacks
Extruded puffed snacks are made from degermed corn or corn grits, wheat, rice or other cereals. There has been a remarkable growth in the varieties and popularity of such productsbecause they are easily affordable, tasty, easy to make and nutritive. These products areflavoured with cheese, spices, onion, garlic or chilly.
Good quality corn grits or rice or wheat flour or a combination of these ingredients is mixed with water and then this mixture is fed to the hopper of the extruder. During the process,extruder machine converts natural starches in these cereals into cold solution, which oncooking in the extruder, is converted into an expanded form. These longish pieces are thencut into the desired length.

4.What this Corn Pop Snack Machine / Snack Extruder can make
This production line is applied to make core-filling puffed snacks with differnt shapes such as pillow shape , finger shape ,core shape and so on ,the core-filler can be cream ,chocolate , jam and so on .
The DG75-II extruder is newly designed with large capacity ,which can proceed double-core-filling production . With this production line , by removing the core filler ,you can also make normal corn puff snacks such as corn ring , corn curl with star shapes ,stick shape and so on . To save cost ,you can also use whear flour ,rice flour as raw materials .
