1. Description

Sliced bread pan adopt corn flour,wheat flour,rice flour,barely flour etc as raw material. The Operational Principle of the Machine is :Foods are cooked in the extruder, under the effect of the high temperature and high pressure.Then the food are extruded from the die and cut by the sideward cutter.

The product shape is determined by a combination of the die aperture, including, ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel and flower etc.

2. Raw materials Adopts corn/rice/wheat/barley flour etc as ingredients.

3. Products Variety shapes are available to ball, tube, stick, ring, fruit loop, star, wheel

and flower and heart shape by adjusting the mold from the extruder.

10. The twin screw extruder

a. The screws are made by alloy steel (38CrMoAL) and special craft by nitriding process, The HRC hardness is around 60---62, it has good self-cleaning ability and does not need to discharge or clean the barrel and screw, when roasting or replacing of materials

b. The extrusion barrel is constructed of carbon steel, is made by #45 steel, stainless steel coating

c. The gearbox has automatic lubrication function, with extends gear life

d. Cutting knife fixed in the die head seat, rotary cutting by V-belt drive
