1.Nacho chips are an extruded snack, meaning they are cooked, pressurized, and pushed out of a die that forms the particular snack shape.They are then baked (or fried, depending on the product) and flavored with oil and seasonings.
2.Today, we eat extruded corn snacks that are ball-shaped, curly, straight, or irregularly shaped depending on the shape of the die. Flavorings added after baking or frying vary greatly and different brands have distinctive flavors.
3.This processing machine can make salad/rice crust food ,use the wheat flour as the main raw material,adopts double screw extruder to cure and inflate the food,then fried by the oil fryer.so the snacks have good and special taste,and easy to be absorbed.
4.Through friction of screw and barrel and high temperature and high press extrude.Forming to sheeting machine,the shape like bugles,fish shape,moon shape,duck shape etc just by change sheet moulds
