Tortilla bugles/Corn chips/Doritos are made of corn flour, vegetable oil, salt and water etc. Though usually made of yellow corn (as pictured), they can also be made of white or red corn. After frying and flavoring, we get very crunchy triangle chips or other shapes which are popular with children and adult.
