Product Description
1. Breadchips production line is our new research and development machinery. It breaks through the traditional fermention and cutting process. Adopt extruder to make breadchips, then dry and flavor them. The production cost is reduced greatly. After drying and flavoring, it has the advantages of great taste, crisp and a variety of tastes. Because of the extrusion process, it has lower fat content. And it is easier to be assimilated.
2. The model is TSE65-BC, the output is 120-150kg/h.
3. Extruder screws quantity is two.
4. The main body material is stainless steel, which is easy to be cleaned.
5. The screws material is 38CrMoAl, which is wear-resisting.

6. The processing line needs two workers to operate.
7. We advice the plant area is no less than 110 square meters, the length is no less than 22 meters.
