Automatic Corn Ring Puff Snacks Production Line is use grain, potatoes or beans as raw material through twin screw extruder (double extruder) under high temperature and high pressure situation through change various forming die and auxiliary equipment to produce many different puff snacks ,such as core-filling pillow, cheese inflating snacks ,star puffing snacks etc. This production line configuration is flexible, convenient maintenance, easy operation, wide application scope.
1. Raw Material : Corn Flour ,Rice Flour
2. Final Products: by changing forming die can be achieved different shapes
3. Capacity : 120Kg/h ,250Kg/h, 500Kg/h
4. Voltage: Normally 380V/50Hz, can be made accord with customer requirements
5. Configuration : Can according customer requirments to adjust ,such as the inverter brand ,motor brand , electronic parts brand ,machine cover.
