1. Description:

Soy Meat Extruder is the Multifunctional Soy Meat Extruder botanical protein food processing line which is developed according to the national conditions on the requirement of matket and the base of advanced machinery in Sizerland and America. TVP snack machine uses soybean and peanut powder to break spherical protein molecule to form chin chain molecule thus creating slice-like fiber strucre which is nutrious whithout cholesterol or animal fat, but it looks like and taste meat.

2. Raw materials: adopts defatted soya flour as raw materials

3. Products: This line can be used to produce soya nuggets, TVP/TSP, soya chunks by adjusting the moulds from extruder; meanwhile it can produce cereal, snacks by adjusting the screws from extruder

4. Capacity: 240kg/h, 500kg/h, 1ton/h
