1. Application

TP-PF-B11 Filling Machine is suitable for filling BIG BAGS 1-10KG. Widely applied in filling packing wheat flour, corn flour, milk powder, sugar, fertilizer, talcum powder, starch, chemical industry powder etc.
Working process: Manual put on bag → Pneumatic hold bag → Bag lift up → Fast fill → Bag descends → Weight approaches → Slow fill → Weight reaches → Stop fill → Bag release → Manual take out bag.

• Double Servo Drives Servo motor drives auger and up-down platform, variable speed, filling in high accuracy | • Diving Filling Sytem Filling nozzle dives deep into bag bottom. Bag slowly descends as filling, so weight is less affect by inertia and less dusty |

Any dry powder products or small granules diameter less than 5mm are OK, such as flour, salt, sugar etc.
• Can it do different filling weight?
Yes, you can change the filling amount easily on HMI.
For different diameter bottle or cans, it need change mould.
• What important to choose a suitable filling machine?

• Is there any spare parts?
