The power of horizontal seal,center seal and clamp film is pneumatic,so we need a compressor to run the machine,we recommand the capacity of compressor is 5.5kw for a single machine. Normally clients buy the compressor by themselves if they dont request.
Forming tube description:
our packing machine has included one set of forming tube for one type of bag size.Because the diameter of the tube decides the bag width.so when clients have more bag sizes,They need to buy extra forming tubes for the unique bag width.Bag length can be adjustable.

clients request 200mm bag width and 250mm bag width. Need 2 sets of forming tubes.
B
clients request 200mm bag width but have 250mm and 280mm bag length.No need to buy extra forming tubes.Because when the bag width is similar,the bag length can be adjustable.
Filling auger screw description:
The weighing system of powder packing machine is by auger screw.so when client have different packing weight of powder,it needs more auger screws for different weight.the accuracy is much better with the correct size of auger screw.

Warranty:Our packing machine is 12 months under warranty.Most of components are free-replacement warranty(PLC,Servo controller,Servo motor,Touch screen,cylinder).But the client needs to pay the DHL fee .Artificial and thunder strike damage is beyond the scope of the warranty.spare parts are not in the warranty time.
Operation training:we are pleased to receive client’s technician to our factory and learn the operation course,take photo,video.
After sell service:oversea service for our engineer is available.Clients need to afford the visa,tickets,accommodation,hotel and 100 USD per day.the problem components are free during the warranty time.
Technical support:we will be a consultant for clients about the technical problem before order,provide drawing specification,design customized project,analyze and solve technical problem.
